All i have to say is, I saw this live and hooooly CRAP. this was FEAKIN amazing. Goku is the BEST Cuper Cyan alive! I mean cyan is a name for a type of blue, so maybe it fit with his hair color? The balloons were all somewhat deflated a bit, not just Goku. THat's because heavy winds tend to rip through the material a bit. That's also why they were all flying a tad too low.
