Most BASIC cable networks (ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, etc) are run by crusty 70-year-olds who are completely out of touch with changing trends, which is why you keep seeing the same old genres being greenlit into 2019 that haven't changed since the 70's. The other networks are more and more being run by the younger generation. This only perplexes me more that Live PD is an A&E original, and A&E is not at all a basic cable channel.

So. One of the biggest shonen anime successes in years is returning and Toonami, IF it ever gets Season 4, will NOT be a premiere dub OR sub, sacrificing possible heightened ratings.
