It's beginner level and the instructor is good...it'll build you up at a steady pace from week to week and you can do it on your time...

Things took a bit of a dip at around 9am when I tried to polish off the last of this Ouzo I had....man that stuff is not for me....but we're on the upswing now
and i'm in no rush to catch up, i've got to ride this roller coaster for 24 hours....it's a delicate balancing act
