I spend probably 75-80% of my time not "drinking," alcohol is something I save for parties and celebrations. I feel to truly enjoy the feeling of intoxication one has to be among friends.
As to how I stay hydrated, juice and coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, and lots and lots of water. I probably have a caffeine addiction, but I try to moderate my intake past 2pm.
This morning I had a large glass of orange/pineapple juice when I woke up, a latte a few hours later. and water the rest of the day. No tea yet, don't feel like making any. I like all kinds of tea, but I am especially partial to earl grey, green tea, black tea with lemon, and chai tea with milk.
