Eh. It would make sense. Moving to Vegas is a big deal. If they totally rebrand and have a new identity there it gives them a chance to sell totally new merchandise, at an increased price of course, as well as create a "Vegas Team" rather than an NFL Team that just happened to move to Vegas.

All the radio guys out here talk about it whenever they talk about the move. There also were articles in San Diego papers talking about how if there was a move to Vegas for any team they would likely rebrand and create a "new" identity in Vegas. Its one of those "They are talking, but not so openly that its everywhere" sort of things right now. Shouldnt surprise anyone if they do it, but if they dont it wouldnt be a surprise either.

Theyve talked about it. Its a problem where the logo and colors have basically been taken over by gangs and criminal activity. The owner doesnt really want to be associated with that. So part of the thinking is that when they move to Vegas they totally rebrand with new logos and colors.
