I'm not as convinced about CO03. Bo Bo the Clown has seen her lead drop as people cure their ballots. The latest count is her lead is just about 1k, but there's roughly 9k ballots that can be cured. Theres also overseas ballots that can come in through Wednesday. As long as they are post-marked in their country by election day, and received within 8 days of the election, then they count.

Whats remarkable is that so far not a single incumbent Senator or Governor has lost. I cannot remember another time when that has happened. Americans basically looked at their options, hated everything, and just went with the status quo.

Theres no guarantee that they can organize a majority. From what it sounds like theres some very open hostility between the various factions in the GOP. Lots of people blaming each other for the total failure of a midterm.

A 3 seat majority for the GOP. Yea, no way that doesnt devolve into pure and total chaos after, oh say, 72 hours.

Sure looks like Kherson has been liberated.

Shes now leading by 1,229 votes. There will absolutely be a recount, but it sure looks like shes going to win.

Victory!!!!! ....maybe. The pro legalization campaign has declared victory. Its still holding a lead and we are at roughly 90% votes counted. The majority of the outstanding ballots are from Denver and Boulder areas. both of which have been supporting the issue so far. Sure looks like we may be the first to legalize another drug. And damn is it awesome!

Oddly enough, a Trump Indictment likely increases the odds that the GOP win in 2024. Or is this his rumored announcement day? Because last I heard there is that there is intense pressure on him to shut the F up for the next month and not tank Walker. Because if Walker goes down, hes taking Trump with him.

Thats going to depend on the GOP honestly. Do they nominate someone normal, or do they double down on the bat shit crazy and give Dems a chance to hold this seat? If its even a halfway sane GOP candidate then the seat swings back no matter what the DCCC tries. But if its BoBo part 2? Hard to say.

Gonna piggyback up off of this one. The amount of anger at Trump has only grown in the last 24 hours. I listened to Fox most of the day today (I usually dont listen to any news) and even some of the most pro-trump voices have had to admit today that he hurt the party. Some conservative spaces online are positively enraged today at Trump. Lots of people openly blaming him for not only pushing through some absolutely horrible candidates, but for raising all that money and then doing nothing with it. There are some pro-Trump voices still busy giving him a blowy, but they are being drowned out and attacked pretty viciously online. Its remarkable to see how quickly this has happened. Its good for the GOP, and the Country, as well. The sooner Trump is thrown to the trash heap of history the better it is for everyone.

If your all curious, and I know you are, the local news just reported that BoBo the Clown is down by only 73 votes. This is a R+15 seat after redistricting. Even if she loses, and I hope she does, thats a stunning rebuke in this red of a district.

24 hours later and the lead has expanded. Its now up 51.3% to 48.7% with 85% in. Starting to feel a little better about this one passing.

One local measure Ill post on before I head to bed. Prop 122 was to legalize Mushrooms and other psychedelic substances for medical purposes. It currently leads 50.6% to 49.4% with 53% in. Its up by roughly 20k votes. I really hope this one passes, but Im not counting on it.

This makes me happy. Bo Bo the Clown is a disgrace to my state. Really happy if she gets thrown the fuck out of Congress.

So far things are going basically how I predicted they would go. The biggest miss so far is in AZ. I figured that Lake was going to win, but thankfully it doesnt look like she will. She is the definition of fucking insane, so her going down is good. That miss makes also my Senate predictions 50-50. So at this point we are looking at either a 50-50 Senate, or a 51-49 Democratic Senate. I dont see how the GOP get to 51 at this point. Whats so interesting is that so far in the Conservative sphere there is A LOT of blaming of Trump going around. People are realizing that the GOP had a golden opportunity this year, and Trump fucked it up. His candidates are going to cost the Senate, Again. I really think we see a shift away from Trump and toward DeSantis after this one. Pretty clear that the hardcore pro-trump crowd just isnt that big, and its not big enough to win elections. The amount of vote splitting is really crazy this year. I cant remember another time seeing this kind of vote splitting. Its also becoming clear that the polling has been pretty accurate so far. The RCP averages are holding up well as of now, and thats a good thing. It means that the pollsters have figured things out again and we have a little better idea of how things are going. I still say that the GOP win the house, but its not the biblical red wave that it looked like for a while there. Odds are the GOP probably wind up with 15-25 pickups at the end of the day. Thats enough to get them the majority, but likely disappointing for them.

So far there appears to be a remarkable amount of vote splitting happening.In OH, GA, and PA it appears that there is serious vote splitting happening. In OH and GA the GOP Governors are running decently ahead of the GOP Senate candidates. In PA the Democrat Governor is running ahead of the Democratic Senator candidate. This is just crazy. You never see vote splitting like this, but its happening.

Florida alone looks like its going to provide the GOP the flips they need to win the House. Its remarkable just how Red Florida is now. Democrats may not win in Florida again for a decade or more.

Florida is a Red State. We can take it out of the Swing State column. DeSantis and Rubio are going to cruise to reelection tonight.

And of course, we all know the true winner tonight.

The first polls have closed. Results will start to come in for the East Coast states that have closed. One race has already ended, Guam! The GOP have flipped this seat for the first time since 1990,
