depends honestly. lighter than i do normally obviously. for example probably like 20/25 pound weights for dumbbell chest press instead of like 40 or 45 for the last set which is what i do normally
today was legs and abs and tomorrow is shoulders. i actually had to buy a sandwich today even though i brought something small because otherwise i was going to keel over at my desk. fucking kill me
