Boring or not Mayweather doesn't just run and tire guys out, he has the reflexes of a cat and he can maneuver his defensive shell to where he's only taking punches off his arms and gloves while he's landing flush shots on his opponent all night, it takes the wind out of your sails as a fighter when you're only hitting an arm or glove or worse yet air, nothing more tiring for a boxer than swinging at the air in a fight, McGregor will experience frustration like he never has before.

Yeah that was really the biggest weakness of the show was the over the top cartoonish villains, the second half didn't seem to have them as much and felt more natural to me, I guess I just chose to overlook it because I enjoyed the core cast and the emotion for me came from their struggles to survive post war Japan but yeah a few of those villains were pretty ridiculous lol

You should it has the same director as HxH 2011 but totally different in tone.
