    It feels like this idea of getting some awesome producers together to make a soundtrack for a baroque anime made specifically for a late night television block is something so unique to a specific era and will likely never happen again

    Yeah...as a matter of fact I just tweaked some settings and made sure pixel cleaning/shift and logo dimming were all on. I bought an open box LG C2 about 6 months ago. Pretty cool finding a mint condition one at a best buy outlet for like $300-400 cheaper than the going rate.

    No burn in or anything I'm guessing? I actually think oled's shine with animated shows in particular. The colors are so accurate and blacks are deep. Such a great investment. My only regret is I didn't go bigger, but I use mine as a monitor too, so it's a good trade off.

    I've watched a fair amount of the way past the Mugen Train arc and it's pretty crazy how they eventually up the ante on villians. Seeing this demon in particular just reiterates how week he is in comparison. This guy is a cake walk for sure. Oddly enough I dont even remember these parts or this demon at all.

    They're rebounding a bit with the line-up too so thats reassuring. I mean it's nothing groundbreaking but at least it's new stuff.

    I wonder if the author has any thoughts on the best way to experience the story or if he feels anything got lost in translation along the way. There's definitely a risk of that happening when you wade into overt political territory.
