I didn't think about it till now but Mania's Opening was animated by the guy who drew this comic he was also briefly an artist for the Sonic Archies (they hired him because they saw the above comic.....yeah)

not all of them (I'm fairly sure Naoko Takeuchi and Her husband Togashi, actually like LGBT people, since they've said so a few times) I just know that Togashi was literally laughed at for trying to pitch a sports series with a gay protagonist to his publishers and completely gave up trying to include LGBT rep in his stories as a result

Made in Abyss looks cute but seeing that it's Seinen I assume the cute artstyle is some kind of trickery like Puella magi and the story is actualy horrifying
