when only one person can save the planet you're pretty much shit out of luck which is a huge problem with this series, and ALL superhero based fiction as a whole there should never be a situation where there's only one person capable of defending an entire planet, nor should it be a literal impossibility for anyone to rise up to succeed them or surpass them, hence why I think they should've built up Vegeta (or literally anybody else)as being just as capable of defending the earth as Goku in super.....but, they didn't

supposedly the creators of this "reboot" have admitted they'd never seen the original show and weren't trying to make a sequel but rather are trying to make a completely unrelated series with "elements" of the original apparently the only elements being Icons and Megabyte and Hexadecimal

that's the weird thing about netflix, their success seems to lie more in quantity rather than quality, they can produce TOTAL TRASH, but still turn a profit because frankly Mainstream TV is so stagnant and dead itself, that their stuff seems better than most mainstream TV, despite still being garbage....because there's just so much of it there to watch
