I always tell my younger friends to not wait until they are 30 to have kids because the ability to to rebound from a weekend of no sleep and binge drinking is so you can handle the baby sleep disruption. I have found that time is very quick for me now. Weeks are like days used to be. Still better to grow old than grow dead.
