Your Toonami Streaming Schedule for the Weekend
OwlChemist81 replied to OwlChemist81's topic in Toonami & [adult swim]
Don't have cable? Well you won't get to see the premieres of DBS, DBZKFC, and Gundam Unicorn, but you WILL be able to see last year's next-to-last "normal" Toonami lineup, aired December 10th, 2016: 1. Dragonball Z Kai #97 - A Bittersweet Victory! Until We Meet Again! - TV-PGLV 2. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure #8 - Bloody Battle! JoJo & Dio - TV-MAV (broadcast), TV-MA (personal) 3. Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans #25 - Tekkadan - TV-PGLV 4. Hunter x Hunter #31 - Destiny and Tenacity - TV-14LV 5. Naruto Shippuden #138 - The End - TV-14V 6. One Piece #372 - The Incredible Battle Starts! Luffy vs. Luffy - TV-PGLV 7. One Punch Man #7 - The Ultimate Disciple - TV-14LV Watching Gundam IBO #25 ad-nauseum for a couple of days before Gundam Unicorn #1 premiered on Toonami just seemed to make sense to me! -
Yeah, but we used to get 6 hours of packaging a week. You're telling me we couldn't get 5 now? I wonder how long the new 8 PM Action Hour has to run as such before it gets unique packaging? Or maybe an hour just isn't enough for packaging? But remember, the weeknight Toonami Midnight Run from 2001-2003 was also only an hour!

Episode #1: "A Peacetime Reward: Who Gets The 100,000,000 Zeni?" It's DragonBall, animated in Japan in 2015. And it's on Toonami. You've got a hundred million reasons to watch, so watch and enjoy! 8 PM AND 11:30 PM EST [Kamehameha, bitch!] 11:30 PM TOONAMI airing Discussion - Click here: http://unevenedge.imfapp.in/toonami/dragonball-super-episode-1-discussion!/50/ If you don't want to be spoiled, DON'T CLICK on pages 2-5!

So, how many actual Gundam Frames (not just "Grazes") were featured in Season 1, anyway? Does Gaelio pilot one of them? Also, Gaelio was a "7 Star", a name which confuses the hell out of me. Is "7 Star" a title only, or does it mean that there are 7 of them? Carta Issue was one as well. Does this mean that at the end of Season 1, 2 of them are dead and there are 5 more left to go? Kudelia blows her cover, and it's a cease fire until the next almost actionless episode, which we will get to see about half to 2/3 of on the stream!

I believe the only thing that Super is taking a break for is true [as] World Premieres like Samurai Jack Season 5 and/or FLCL Season 2, and of course that's only if expansion to 11 PM is impossible. There is another issue that CN might expand to take 8-9 PM back from [as] again. If that's the case, they might give Super a break after Season 1 since it might not be able to air at 11:30 without its 8 PM "sneak peek" on [as]. It could still be that all we get from Super this year is expanded versions of the movies. Then again, maybe Super is solvent enough that even if CN re-expands to 9 PM, it can just air at 9 PM? As for AOT S2? Well, it would only be a broadcast dub so most likely it would have to air at 12:30 AM, where it could get away with a marked increase in gore a lot easier than 11:30.
