Yeah, that is true. The first cour was at 8:30 PM on Friday nights. The second cour was like 9:30 AM on Saturday mornings. Some episodes of the second half actually had better ratings when they reaired at 1 AM on Toonami. And yep, they saved all the best ideas for a 2nd season which never actually happened.

There is a one-hour animated drama coming to AMC sometime in the next year. That will probably be Toonami's closest like competitor in terms of adult-oriented action animation. Though you could argue Final Space is kind of an "action dramedy." I just hope and pray the show doesn't air on Saturdays, although if it does, it will probably be earlier at night. In other news, Starz Kids is showing My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising at like 3:30 AM this Friday night/Saturday morning. Check your listings and set your DVR. EDIT: It's also showing at 9:40 PM next Monday night, April 5th! -
