Removed kitchen cooktop. Removed cabinet below cooktop. Mocked up said cabinet, combined with another small cabinet on the other side of the kitchen where the island now is. Placed ne counter top and new glass cooktop on top of said cabinets in a mock-up fashion. Put old cooktop back where it was and hooked it up so it could be used for pork chops and mashed potatoes tonight. Cleaned and ate.
