I have legit gotten into a half drunk blowout with a cop for backing my car in and having two tires a little over the line of a handicapped spot at Wawa. I was pulling out and forgot my friend's cigs, so threw it in revere and left my car sitting in the spot, running, with the top down and three people in it. Before I was back out the door this cop ws up on my face telling me "Parking like this is like saying Fuck you to my face!" to which I replied, "Why the fuck would I leave my Mustang RUNNING WITH THE TOP DOWN NEAR THE FRANKFORD TERMINAL. Obviously I'm not leaving it here." My friend calmed me down and the cop got in his PPD fucking VAN, and just before I pulled out sideways in a cloud if tire smoke I said loudly to my friends, "Oh he's just mad he's stuck with the Police Pedo van." But in a different case, underage and drinking in the open at Gay Pride me asked a cop where to "get more of these" as I pointed to my open beer and he directed the 5 of us to a small place that sold six packs. Only one of us was over 21 >

It is partly your landlord's responsibility to find the root cause. They do not have to tell you who it is, but they need to go through and find or at least try to find, preferrably with an exterminator because they are the experts on how and where the root cause is. Honestly you'll take another loss, but get the fuck out of there asap.

It sucks man, I worked at an apartment complex where people would go visit their families overseas and bring bed bugs back. It's a long process to get rid of them. Honestly, you shouldn't have to fork the bill legally (at least in my state). You can take legal action or use renter's insurance to help you out. Do what you can to diminish the issue but in the meantime find a better, cleaner place to move to. Wash everything twice. Spray everything. Bed bugs will reside in warm, dark places. Hate to say it, but ditch your mattress and box spring and buy a new one along with protective covers. Pull your rugs up on the corners of the rooms, and look for them. Google is a good source of what to focus on and how to keep it all under control.

and... well pretty much what JUST the cost of a new furnace is for this particular job. I'll probably just take the money at the last minute rather than the car and some cash
