I love renovating houses honestly, especially kitchens and bathrooms. Hell, I spent 3 minutes in my folks' new place and already had a completely different layout set up in my head that they are now going with. Legit switching the fridge and stove around too. >

Parents recent purchase near the beach needs work, and my dad is sinking some of his home equity loan for his own house into the place left to us which we can finally get work done to since my slob of a cousin finally moved out.
