  1. When I have to get up because the radio I fall asleep to is not set to the CORRECT volume, it's bad. And I legit will turn it down from 1.4 to 1.3 to correct it.
  2. ALL THE FUCKING TIME
  3. My nose is clogged with 123 year old dust though.
  4. as 200lbs of plaster from 1894 collapses from the wall it is on and falls against you... event of my day. Good thing the only thing with a broken leg was the chair...
  5. Fastest I have been was about 190. The speedometer went from 0-175 for three-quarters of the dial, I had the needle all the way back around to 0.
  6. Nah, I usually am just running a yellow light and my car loves to go from 50 to 120 veeeeeery quickly when I'm in third.
  7. Not at first... >.>
  8. All the 1894 stuff in my place was gone, but it was all for gas lanterns. The main coming in was still there, luckily.
  9. Now add in the cost of the fittings and all that junk. I like it, don't get me wrong... but it's easy enough at least for me to run black pipe. You shouldn't ever need to upgrade, anyway... unless it rusts out... how the fuck.
  10. I actually prefer PVC. But, Pex is crimped together and those leak or break, it can't handle the cold as well -trust me, and their shark bite fix? So $5 for a fitting rather than 39 cents and an extra 5 minutes of time for PVC or copper. Also, my city house has copper in it from 1894 still going strong. Let's see pex last that long. Also you have to use blackpipe or galvanized steel pipe for gas/LP. There are flexible variants like Gastite and Trakpipe, but good luck affording that.
  11. because the gas company could not install the meter before I moved. Of course, they did not hook in to my plumbing, so I had to do it. The house now has heat for the first time since like 1980... and boy was it borderline broken pipe temperature in there last night!
  12. Yep, waterproof stuff like Allure. Looks like real wood, but it has overlapping that sticks to itself rather than the floor below. You can cut it with a razor knife (for straight lines I score it and break it) or even scissors for odd cuts. Also, your bathroom shouldn't need more than two boxes and that's for a big bathroom. It's about $48 a box.
  13. If the existing floor is not bubbling or peeling anywhere, you can just lay a new floor over top of it and the old floor will act as an insulator.
  14. Back in the day it was made with the leftover edible stuff, like brains and tongues, etc. It has become a little more refined, but look close... the ingredients are on the package. Also, that particular brand is the best you can get, and probably the most sanitary since my mom runs the food safety department there.
  15. Eventually. I like to tease, bby.
  16. Oh yes it is.
  17. For a bathroom? you fucking cheapskate. Also, who the fuck visits that would care?
  18. Except me. I am superior in being a good boy.
  19. I am too lazy, and there are enough of those threads. Dale with it.
  20. I'm doing what now?
  21. *mond man IKR LIKE YEARS MAH DUDE
