LOL That's his idea of keeping things quiet? Using hostages?! Geez this guy's a low-down dirty jerk. And they've got sea-prism stone bullets?! Agh, it's just a bluff! I was gonna say, if something like that existed, then why doesn't the Navy ever use it.

Oh so Sanji didn't exactly just sail from the North Blue to East Blue.  Interesting.

Though it would make more sense if they were called Northwest Blue, Northeast Blue, Southwest Blue, and Southeast Blue.

Does Oda just set out to make the craziest stuff that no one would ever imagine was possible? A devil fruit that puts an entire reality inside an Al Capone like gangster character? LMAO wow

I thought the Al Capone guy was able to shoot bullets from his body, which would be cool and fitting enough.  But this is totally crazy!  Well, I guess he can hide as much bootleg liquor and henchmen as he wants this way! 😄
