2 months pay. Don't have the details for how they'll calculate it yet so I'm not sure of percentage, but I was hoping to be laid off so I can focus on other things without losing wages.

I enjoyed my layoff until my bills didn't get the memo and kept showing up.

Nah, it slaps. I'm already on Medicare.

I get paid without losing wages for the frequent sick days, and I can focus on more important things than a dead end job I was just waiting to be laid off from since we've been expecting them for several months. I would have quit already if there hadn't been any severance.

Probably just going to go for Social Security for a bit while I get other stuff in order.

Turns out I might actually understand this classwork. I just couldn't fucking handle it on top of 40 hour workweeks.
