There's instruction's in the link. Doesn't look like it's a petition per say so the op saying 'sign it' might have been misleading.. Reading the instructions in that link it seems more like a ddos attack on congressional emails.

I'm stoned so I put the video in case I did the dumb I did. Fixed the link. Wording was stupid brain. Sign, message, whatever, why am I still awake?

Either way I like the idea of a congressman or two getting flooded with emails concerning the subject.I'm going to sleep as well. It's 4 0 clock in the mornin.....

at the v.a. a few years ago, a woman was saying that her and her husband were going through it. 

she gets v.a. disability, he received ssi, and because of her benefits, his were taken. 

anyway. wake and bake and "signed".
