New Silent Hill game and Silent Hill 2 remake announced

Silent Hill f is going to be written by the writer for Higurashi and Umineko. Hell yeah.

Silent Hill 2 left a lot to be desired when it came on PS2. I mean, expansive environments inhabited by randomly spawning monsters and doors you can't access til far later. That was my experience.

You can kill the final boss by strafing and hitting it with the rifle.

Lastly, what is with pyramid head and his doppleganger. Was it because I got the average or bad ending that I didn't fight these creatures? Easy for a RE clone. The first gave a much more gritty feel. Haha I want to get back into the franchise. Any updates send to the whoopdee.

I never played F.E.A.R. Except for maybe a demo. Unless I’m thinking of an entirely different game.

I just thought for a 2005 game that was optimized for 360 and pc, it were pretty cool... with all due respect.

Fear was my first PS3 game and it was very forgettable.

I'm kind of a silent hill fanboy, but really just of the lore at this point...I can do without actually playing the games as long as a playthrough gets all the content.

Seriously, I just wanna go on the record and say that Silent Hill 2’s storyline was a masterpiece. I will admit gameplay was never the SH franchise’s strong point.
