I used to have the physical subscription back when they were first starting out in the US. But when it moved into the digital, that was a nope for me. I loved the idea of getting this huge frickin' manga every month that I could just read in bits and enjoy at leisure. I've never really been able to do that with digital medias. I'd say I'm addicted to paper media but maybe I'm addicted to bookmarks.   

Considering that I think the final Shonen Jump magazine happened before my paid subscription ran out, I might still have a credit to access things but never bothered.

I remember seeing them on a Suncoast rack in 2003 and found out what Naruto was before anyone else.

I like the service.  Had it since they phased out the print magazine, and its been solid.

today they added all chapters of hxh to the app(until now the only way you could read it on there was if you bought the digital volumes)

I used the free version to catch up with Chainsaw Man once I caught up. I did read JJK on it too, but kinda fell off from it.

it's cheap price makes it the best comic subscription service in my opinion

DC And Marvel cost more plus you are usually behind when it comes to available issues so you can't really keep up with the discussion
