Cultured meat going to FDA for approval this year

Looks like cultured meat could be made available in the US this year if the FDA approves it.

Of course, there's going to be a fight with ranchers and farmers who are going to have lobbyists attempt to regulate it to death.

Although cultivated meat itself is considered safe, there are plenty of unanswered questions about how often the vats should be cleaned and how the meat should be transported and stored.
