anyone know any good gift card exchange sites?

i have a gift card for a store that i dont shop at, i wanna exchange it for an amazon card or something else i'd use,

 

i tried cardcash, but they wanted my credit card number.

I have no idea, but it’d come in handy for the stockpile of Outback Steakhouse gift cards I’ve been given over the years.

I thought there were Facebook groups that do that sort of thing. I know there are Craig's List swaps but never cared for.
