no, i don't. i might need to go back to PT though. it was fine when i was able to workout but since I haven't really in months it's starting to really hurt again

Ok I was gonna say stop if you did.

Working out is probably a good idea. My back was hurting from being so sedentary being basically locked in this room. Until I brought my weights in here. I've been working out everyday and now I feel fine.

i have no weights here to work out with. i tried finding some but they're sold out like everywhere

i think my only concern with concrete is that i'd be afraid of it being too heavy for my floors and denting them

It's less dense than iron weights so the weight will be even less focused but if you're worried about your floors youll need weight mats or your just gotta wait til you get to the gym.

Actually most dude exercises you can do pretty good without weight.

Pushups, pullups, and sit ups alone go really far for guys.

i could get a pull up bar. i tried looking for one a while back but I can check again
