Working out is probably a good idea. My back was hurting from being so sedentary being basically locked in this room. Until I brought my weights in here. I've been working out everyday and now I feel fine.

Actually most dude exercises you can do pretty good without weight. Pushups, pullups, and sit ups alone go really far for guys.
