I had a dream during my nap that I was at this school (like a high school but not any school I'd ever actually been to and I was an adult) and was supposed to be in a class with Quack but even though we went into the classroom together I couldn't find him while we were working on this assignment and I was worried he was gonna get in trouble for skipping the class.

I use this app called Headspace sometimes that has like meditations/relaxation exercises and stuff and I used one of them to help relax my mind. I did. I don't think I'm gonna get my notes in today even though they want us to have them in by the end of every day. Oh well I'll get it tomorrow.
Naraku4656 Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 I listen to jazz music when I go to sleep. I've been doing it basically since forever. It is extremely difficult for me to sleep without music, even if i took a sleeping pill.

They have these things called "Sleepcasts" which are basically just someone reading u a story in a relaxing voice with some nice ambient noise in the background. I use those at night sometimes. They also have other meditation stuff for during the day to help with anxiety and stress and stuff. I should probably start using those more.

They have a free version but it kinda sucks because u can only use like a third of their courses. But they're giving away a free year of the full version to unemployed people but not verifying that in any way.
