Naraku4656 Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 (edited) I usually just keep yelling at the IVR system until it brings me to someone but sometimes I get a company that just hangs up unless you know some arcane combination to get a human. Either don't have one and connect me directly or if you absolutely have to have one make it so I don't have to repeat everything like an Indeed job application
RainyDayJizz#35 Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 On some of them I just press the wrong buttons until it tells me to hold for an operator. I think some of them have become smarter though and kick you off for doing that. At least I think I remember that happening.

Never understood why since most of the time even when you do go through the system the guy always ends up transferring you anyway

Call the Chicago office & enter my ID#. Chicago message says to call the number that sent me to them. Call the first number back, press 5..."All operators are currently busy, please call back at another time (click)."
