Lytbryt
I heard there was flooding was it a hurricane or just a big tropical storm? Sometimes the storms can be worse lots of rain not moving as fast so some areas get flooded.
PhilosipherStoned
It's tropical storms causing really dangerous flooding. Mainly tropical storm Imelda I think.. Edited September 19, 2019 by PhilosipherStoned

PhilosipherStoned
It doesn't really matter here. Depending how long freezing temps stick you'll end up dealing with a bit of both. A blizzard condition never lasts longer than 2-3 days here before the weather that brought in the temps completely passes through... I worked outside as a cable tech last winter though and it wasn't bad. It usually seems like every other year this area gets hit hard with snow though.
