The rake is the amount the house takes out of every hand of poker. It has nothing to do with con men.

You work in a casino, you should know this.

I've actually heard many slang uses for the word raked....I means get wasted. it means get insulted....Being raked over the coals means to get berated....But I've never once heard his definition....I'ma go look and see.

You fucking dumbass, that's a metaphorical use of the word rake....Not a synonym for a con

"Americans love a good rake."

Close to the eighth paragraph

So?  Does that mean he's going to stay down and stop trying?

Mother fucker needed a go fund me to recoup the last $15,000 of expenses in his campaign.  I guess he could be AC's next dog catcher.

So?  It still doesn't fit the article's context.

It very much does, but you have to read more than the sentence you thought qualified your incorrect definition.

You are an idiot, and I mean, it's evident you are...But yet you continue to dig this hole.

Your first link was a failure, and you could have saved face...But no, you tried again and didn't even read the shit you linked to....Death doesn't want you, it's the only reason you're here.

No, the article used the word rake once in reference to a character.  A rake can be a con man but con man does not define a rake....Otherwise you would have a much easier time trying to find a example instead of fucking up several times.

Yeah, well... You probably never heard the term, "diddling" either until you read that.

Seems the Google algorithms aren't tuned into it.  They only show what's popular.

And you still didn't know the term until just now.

You just like being wrong because it's easy....Diddling has noting to do with a character being a rake....You're wrong, there is nothing to support your claim, and frankly, I don't know how someone just enjoys being stupid when all evidence presents itself otherwise.

Now if you'll excuse me...I have a phone number to sell to a few telemarketers.

Google algorithms not being tuned in to a particular thing does not make the thing non existent.

Oh wow, now you don't know how google works...Rake does not define con man, and you used it as a verb anyway....Which definitely doe not define a con....

Dumb, dumb man
