I can make those and homemade tortilla chips. Made them not long ago.

Yep. I got a tortilla press for Christmas. So... yeah. And I have flour, and corn flour.

Flour or what? I've never made them fresh myself, but they arent that hard to make..

Corn flour. They’re not difficult, but take some practice.

I use corn flour when I want to make tortilla chips, or taco shells. But just flour when I want to make flour tortillas.

I haven't made any of that since I worked at a family restaurant here.. I've never made stuff like that from scratch at home, but mostly because I'm too lazy to want to probably so I know what the op's getting at.
