Someone close to main character is sick/poisoned/cursed by spell and protagonist is the only one who can help and its by going on an extremely dangerous journey for cure/plant/ancient artifact/medicine etc to save them but somehow protagonist does it and gets back JUST IN TIME. 😂😂
