tell the Tuf-Tex guys that if they make them you will throw all your money at them

You know, that just might work. :o

Some balloon manufacturers are actually starting to take notice of looners (Most notably the Italian manufacturer CATTEX. They developed a 32 and 36 inch longneck balloon specifically for looners.).

No kidding. Individual looners often spend more money on balloons than some professional party decorating businesses.

Seriously. Some looners easily spend thousands on balloons in a year.

Hell, I've spent over 500 dollars on balloons so far this year myself. :|

see? if the balloon manufacturers don't pay attention to looners they might as well be throwing money out a window

Also, considering that more and more public places are banning balloons due to allergy risks, and that more and more places are banning outdoor balloon releases, balloon manufacturers might eventually have to mainly depend on looners if they want to stay in the balloon business.

In all honesty, I kinda can't blame them. For one, it actually does make sense to ban latex balloons from many public areas (especially hospitals and government buildings). Latex allergies are somewhat common, and the more severe version of the allergy can cause a potentially fatal reaction just by being near-ish balloons or being in a room that recently had balloons in it. It also makes sense to ban outdoor balloon releases because it's more or less just littering on a large scale and because the inevitable balloon litter endangers local wildlife (Animals sometimes mistake brightly colored pieces of latex on the ground as something edible, and if they try to eat them it has a pretty high risk of killing them).
