What are your favorite games starring ninjas?

[Doom Metal Alchemist]

Ninja Gaiden for NES, but mostly for the music and cutscenes. The music in that game is stellar.

shinobi series for me with my favorite being shinobi 3. 

also enjoyed the ninja gaiden series on the nes and both mystical ninja starring goemon on the n64.

That's a pretty easy one. Ninja Gaiden for Xbox, one of the best games ever released for Xbox, and so good that Ninja Gaiden Sigma ended up being a signature title for the PS3.

All the Ninja games that came before it were just overrated for nostalgic purposes (e.g. Shinobi series, original Ninja Gaiden series)
