Doom Metal Alchemist
I'm sure if I had to eat it every day like a prisoner I'd hate it.

Codename: Jackass
I've been making it for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the past week and I can't get enough of it. The world will soon be fed on a combination of Nutraloaf and nut spread (not allowed to contain less than 40% nuts).

Poof
it's not bad. but it could be tweaked this site doesnt track molybdenum or biotin. but w/the beans u def have enough molybdenum. probably has enough biotin or close to enough. the carrots being the biggest source i have my vitamin c and b needs a bit higher since my meds are a diuretic and make me pee a lot. but u should at least get 90mg vitamin c. nutraloaf recipe is only showing 35mg. choline is a bit low. minerals could be better and i have pantothenic acid at 10mg bc i think its important. but the recommended RDI is only 5mg. recipe at 4.1mg isnt that bad most of the sodium is coming from the biscuit mix. which would vary between different mixes. the site has 1 cup of biscuit mix at 1650mg sodium. u could also use low sodium tomato sauce to further reduce Edited August 2, 2018 by Poof

Codename: Jackass
Back in ninteen-hundred and nine, prisoners were given a diet of one piece of bread and a glass of water twice a day, and we were lucky to get that! It was the only thing that kept me going between the 18-hour days on the chain gang and the boot parties that the screws liked to give us.
