My hands and clothes end up black, and coated with dirt, and I'm thinking the black stuff has to be some sort of rub off from the conveyor belts. molarbear Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 12 hour shifts in general suck I found after the 10 hour mark I become an empty husk that basically just stands around or bullshits with the inspectors for the last 2 hours

Those feel twice as fucking long, and then I always felt like I had to spend a lot of free time exercizing since so much of my time was spent sitting or standing..

I am pretty sure a mexican without a greencard can probably find better working conditions than I've experienced so far.. I got written up for bad safety practices for pricking my finger and bleeding a bit too much though so I'm not trying to say I'm working for a company that doesn't have the money to do better.. I'm still salty about that even though I know I was only written up as a way for them to say hey.. You get hurt here we don't want you working for us.. fucking bitches. Someone got fired for putting their hands in the rollers and getting it fucked up..THAT I understand..but something had knocked the edge out of the trailer rung and made it sharp and it wasn't really visable to the naked eye.. I slid my finger against it and bled a bit, and went to report it because I was bleeding and wanted a fucking bandaid.. getting my first write up for somthing like this makes me want to fuck someone up I don't know..
