K. Imma get some bananas. They dont hurt afterwards really...just during. I end up limping to a bench...then after 2 minutes i can walk/sprint again
Poof Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Keep it up. You gotta work your way up. Doing it everyday is more important than achieving the same amount everytime so dont get discouraged.
