Sometimes living life feels worse sometimes for me. I rather just try not to anything as much as possible to avoid more gossip or anxiety.

I used to take an edible every night to help me sleep, but my doctor says I have to clean for awhile to be able to qualify for a new drug. California regulations getting tighter.

Idk what can help depending on how bad the insomnia is. I knew a friend that tried to take Kava Kava when he had sleeping issues. Don't really remember if it helped him much or not

I've bought several plants to add some freshness to the room, but I keep killing them. I let Eldy take care of this one, and it's surviving.
