I don't know.  It is windy out but not too cold so probably not.

I just back from the nearby health food store and I had my jacket open while walking from the parking lot to the store.

I'm not normal though.  I love the cold.

Lawd, joo crazy.

Even living there I couldn't stand it. xD

Then again my hands and feet start to turn purple/grey in cold temps. -_-

Yep :D  I wasn't out long though.  I'm a fast walker so I was only outside for a minute or two.

I can't stand the heat though.  I wouldn't want to live in a warmer state.  I'd be miserable.

Yeah, we're opposite then!

Rather have the heat, but where I live is a bit much.

My sweet spot is around 75 to 78 degrees...which is the high rn, so it has been nice.

And it's DRY, not humid, makes a difference.

'Cuz I know 75-80 in WI is wet heat and that swampy feeling is teh suck.

Yeah dry heat is better than humid heat, but WI only gets the wet heat like you said.  I hate the humidity.

I'm okay when it's the low 70's as long as the weather didn't go from 50 something degrees to 70 something in one day.

Which happens more often than it should.  My state gets weird weather though.  It went from 10 degrees to a high of 50 something on Thursday

and back to 10 degrees the next day.

Yeah, this year has been bad with winter temps.

Global warming at its finest -_-

For here it's suppose to be 60s-low 70s as the high and most of the winter it has been 10-20 degrees above that.
