Skinko Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 Quitting caffeine is awful at first, but after a couple days of withdrawal headaches and being irritable, it's great. I quit caffeine for a full six months once, and only went back because I had a job where that was all there was to drink. But I felt sooooo much better without it.
