it's about as questionable looking as Mr. Popo and classic Jynx(in fact based on Rebecca Sugar being a fan of DBZ it might be supposed to look like them)

 

and the fact that it says she can't read is also....suspect

that said there's some other stuff in the book that people also find questionable

 

such as Amethyst being drawn as a Stereotypical "Chola girl", and a borderline sexually inappropriate drawing of Lapis and Peridot

I mean I was kinda sour on this show prior to this, just due to seasonal decline

Rebecca sugar apologized, but as with most social media apologies it was probably just to cover her ass and not because she actually thinks she did something wrong

 

edit: she also claims she didn't draw Concrete even tough it was in her artstyle and hand-writing, so, yeah, fake apology
