Well, in fact, it's the same problem the situation is that family of coworkers/loved ones of coworkers that are like family to them are like to defend each other honor and take their sides against other coworkers without looking objectively on the situation just take the side of family just because they are family And yet my family does not get involved and makes me feel that I'm under attack and they(my family) does not defend me or love me because they don't take my side what do I do about this Remember when I was posting stuff a few months ago about being harassed at work well the co-worker that was doing the harassing was trying to get his brother in at my job by getting me fired or to quit my job and another co-worker an older female that was kind of like a surrogate mother to him was taking his side but my family didn't do shit they told me to fight my own battles if I'm outnumbered how can I win without reinforcements And now I accidentally started something with a different family of coworkers by accidentally saying group speculation about the patriarch of the family not coming back from a medical leave at the same position due to his medical situation and that pissed them off what do I do to get my family on my side this so I can keep my job although my family doesn't work at the same place as I do mean if they can do what should they do and how did they do it this stuff in my family is seen as deceitful and backhanded an immoral but ever since I was a child I saw families do tactics like this to achieve goals of a member of their family just because out of loyalty I am second tired of shit like this I saw this on all levels of the social Spectrum I mean this is not a high-class or low-class thing this is a thing that I see all families do but mine I'm not saying my family has never sticked up for me they have but the times I am thinking of I was being physically bullied/beaten up on the bus ride home but it was the climax of months if not years of being bullied on the bus ride home So they have taken my sight before but it takes a lot to take my side and other families this do it automatically no matter what what can i do to get my Family involved in this ? or is even a good idea to do that?
