    I had no idea the Castlevania show wasn't an actual anime haha. I don't know whether to be upset or proud that it's made in Texas. I looked up the SyFy show you mentioned. Holy crap does it look terrible! I won't link to any of the art so as to spare everyone else! And it has terrible reviews! 2.7 on IMDB and 38% on Google! And that Google rating is usually very forgiving!

    Well I'm too late to the thread for this to make a difference, but I would've shown the guy this article - https://kotaku.com/it-s-time-to-stop-acting-like-nobody-watches-anime-1823713450 It would've blown him out of the water. And that article is from 2018! Anime has come even further since then! Also the Avatar argument has a pretty big hole in it's logic, since that show imitated anime to gain its popularity. I also would have pointed out what Crunchyroll sold for. And the fact that Star Wars Visions is being made. But man, what a bunch of jackasses on that forum! I'm glad I never went on it!

    I did not notice it has been 100 episodes already! I guess shows don't feel as long when they are seasonal as opposed to continous long-runners. I totally missed this lmao. Serves him right!

    I imagine that will probably happen. Would be kind of odd if the protagonist was just the subject of an escort mission haha. I was trying to figure out if this is supposed to be a fantasy world or some specific point in history in the real world. We saw some samurai looking fighters, but the "ship" looked like a U-boat. But at the same time, the construction of the village in the background looked very preposterous, and there some very anime-y looking pirate girls lol.

    Yeah LOL. So you're saying maybe it got overshadowed by other stuff in the episode. Hmm. It might not be a bad idea to re-watch the whole rest of the show sometime. But that would take a while, and there's still a lot of stuff I want to watch for the first time!

    Boycotting Impact because of MyPillow commercials? That seems a little extreme. Why not just say you don't watch Impact because you don't give a crap about it, like most wrestling fans. Still, it is a shame that Mike Lindell went crazy. I have had a MyPillow for years and it's great! But I would feel awkward about recommending them to anyone anymore. You would think any good businessman would know to stay apolitical as possible so as not to alienate potential customers. Alas...

    I didn't realize a trailer had already been posted online. Do we know who does the music? The song that was used in that trailer in the OP is pretty good. Reminds me of something from SAO. Anyway, a different one just premiered during the Attack on Titan rerun! A story trailer in English. It looks good! Now we just have to wait for that trailer to get posted! Nevermind, this was already posted too! Anyway, I hope it gets played again earlier in the night on the following weeks.
