It is kind of sad people think they are owed an apology just because they didn't like a movie though. Dragon Ball Evolution could have been a lot worse. I was surprised it actually had people flying around and throwing fire balls, and they had a transforming vehicle just like Dragon Ball! It was full on Dragon Ball and didn't dial things back. The guy that played Yamcha was even just the right amount of douche! Goku should not have been played by a white guy, though.
