What does a stick up the ass have to do with it? If they want to do something "fun" or "funny" that's fine. But this isn't either. Mainly because this show was never funny. I just want to watch my fucking shows. And as I said, there's plenty of other times they could've played this. Yet they choose to fuck over Toonami to do it. I mean hell they could've played it before Family Guy or in place of it. Or played it Friday. I mean if Rick and Morty is so glorious why are they playing it on Saturday? It's deemed the least valuable night of the week which is why they put ASA and Toonami there. If they anime bombs then it's no big deal because it's "just Saturday." Yet Rick and Morty was played on Saturday. Okay, then. Well, maybe Saturday's are more valuable now because Toonami has raised their value. That's nice. All that work and progress Toonami did and you yank it away and give it to Rick and Morty! SUCH... BULLSHIT!

DVR schedule shows all the regular shows all night and yet it's Rick and Morty playing while "Samurai Jack" is on so no reason to believe they won't go full brainfuck dead all night because herderp APRIL FOOL'S. You act like everybody vigorously refreshes Demarco's twitter page. Casuals don't keep up with this shit. And even with April Fool's I had no reason to expect them to pull something this stupid. Not to mention last time it fell on Saturday we got Toonami back for a night for the first time in years, a good-natured "prank." This is the same old Adult Swim April Fool's idiocy combined with their typical programming idiocy. Not to mention when I went to the Adult Swim homepage to find out what was going on and I saw the Rick and Morty Season 3 thing I thought that was the prank. That there really is no season 3 yet. That would be more in character for them.

This isn't "fun." We look forward to these shows that we only get once a week. ONCE A WEEK. Anyway Jack's ratings will be nuked worse than Hellsing now. *claps* Good job, AS.

We've got non-stop wrestling, Star Wars Celebration with likely Last Jedi trailer to drop, Toonami, and my friend came over to watch all this stuff with me and brought Zelda again. Actually not going to have time to watch the Celebration panels live because I am maximizing Zelda time. Plus some are in the morning. BUT NOPE THEY HAD TO GO AHEAD AND SHOW THIS BULLSHIT INSTEAD OF TOONAMI!

What? Now America doesn't care about Ghost in the Shell? It's one of the biggest manga and anime names out there. If you mean not mainstream then sure, but I'd say it's probably on the cusp of it. I was thinking about seeing it. Whitewashing and source material faithfulness aside, it looked pretty cool from the trailers.

You should know by now that Luuv is never going to bring the hammer down like that. He was always the most lenient, forgiving, and merciful mod on the old ASMB, and when this place first started there were no rules, until somebody messed that up for everybody. It took Moose going postal for him to finally make bans a thing and ban somebody. So unless Zeni starts making posts about having a bunch of teenage girls buried in his backyard I doubt anything will be done.

Like I said maybe you're watching it for the train wreck aspect to see how much further downward it can spiral and if the tales of how much shittier it gets are true. And yeah we all watched Naruto years ago when it first started on CN so we're somewhat invested in seeing it through (even if I already know the ending is horrible).

Not really complaining just saying I don't have the money or space for them. They are very cheap though. But like I said that's why I got the subscription.

They don't care if something is crap as long as it does good enough ratings. I know Demarco says they like all the shows they pick up but they can't sit there with a straight face and tell me they have been enjoying Shippuden lately.

I've heard from somebody that the show is fine if you haven't seen the manga. A show can still be good without being faithful to the manga. We'll see if that's true in this case eventually.

Cheap if you've got the disposable income, and somewhere to put it. I've got to be more selective about my purchases these days. I wouldn't mind collecting the series if I was able, though. For now, Funimation's lifeline will have to suffice.

Already saw it years ago. On Sci-Fi I think. I may or may not have recorded it on VHS.

On Toonami is one thing, but of your own volition on your own time? Dude...

I'm a completionist too, but even I have my limits. Hiatus was so bad I ended up having to break my self-imposed personal rule of watching every premiere on the block, breaking a years' long streak. If Naruto wasn't on Toonami I wouldn't be watching it. Besides, I want to see how horrible it gets. There's a train wreck aspect. And yeah there's something to be said for the show once being good and watching it in my younger years. Hiatus on the other hand has no such nostalgia and was always bad. Maybe that's why Starwind is watching it, I dunno'.
