  1. But if you didn't enjoy it, you would have been stressed out? By TV?
  2. That sounds more like an Adult Swim thing than a Toonami thing.
  3. How did they wrest them from Disney? I've never even heard of that company.
  4. The down vote trolls we had on the nodebb boards were pretty pathetic. But yeah too many bad trolls that were on the ASMB to name. You sound like an old stick in the mud.
  5. I bet Demarco had heads on pikes. And how the heck did it get spoiled by Hulu?
  6. Damn, I had my Ancient Aliens Guy meme ready to go until you said [yes].
  7. So that means the "manga is good!" people can blame the mangaka for the anime being shit. To quote AVGN - What were they thinking?!
  8. You get stressed out over April Fool's pranks? Or Toonami in general? Seriously?
  9. If it's a Funimation Simuldub that should keep it off Toonami. Thank god.
  10. I know. That's what I said? There shouldn't be any.
  11. But there will still be one Bebop episode airing.
  12. Demarco thinks a lot of foolish things. What does he hope to gain by doing this? Did he learn nothing from the blunder of running shows into the ground that helped get the block bifurcated? They could at least move GitS earlier so I don't have to kill 30 minutes while Bebop is on, and just check out early. Might as well if they are just going to waste it on reruns.
  13. But, they didn't get any new shows... Yes. That is basically what I said. It's possible. When shows do worse they get moved down. Could also be they want FLCL as early as they can but they didn't want to move Super or Kai and The Powers That Be wouldn't let them expand the block earlier. Right, but more and more reruns are still being added.
  14. So the replacement for Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop are... reruns. *claps* What the fuck was the point of airing double Bebop to "finish out the arc" if they were just going to rerun it again. Whelp, look forward to another 10 years of nonstop Bebop reruns. FLCL reruns I can kind of see the point. It's leading into the new series, a refresher for old fans, and surely there are at least some people who haven't seen it before. I'm not sure if it will have the effect Demarco intends, though... Not sure about placing it between Dragon Ball and Black Clover, though. That will be quite the whiplash. Well, maybe the way some of the characters act is similar to Black Clover's? Lots of screaming and people acting ridiculous in FLCL. I may be overthinking it though. And why are they moving Black Clover down? Sure the new FLCL deserves to be showcased but FLCL is not popular with casuals. Still disappointing though. Honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if a rerun replaces IBO. So many baffling decisions. Demarco is becoming as senile and out of touch as Vincent McMahon.
  15. I have no idea how anyone has anymore appetite for anything Naruto-related. I didn't even realise that Boruto was planned to go long enough to become a long-runner. Fairy Tail at least takes breaks. But yeah it would air for long stretches and still has some filler. One Piece got grandfathered in. It could change formats but Toei is probably too greedy for that. It's not like people are going to "forget" about One Piece if it's not on for a while. But was the big three concept even in Japan or was it something America came up with? But that's not a very good reason either way. That may be so but if that were the case why did so many series move away from the long-runner model? Also I thought the Bleach anime ended or was cancelled because of the filler? Though how people put up with Shippuden's bullshit I have no idea. These decisions would be based on what Japanese audiences wanted so that makes me think even they finally got sick of the filler bullshit.
  16. But it's a waste of a slot.
  17. I think I might have watched a couple of his videos. Didn't really interest me that much.
  18. Yup. One of the BGMs on Super tonight actually sounded like a Faulconer track, heh.
  19. Maybe. At least tonight was good. But Bebop better not be back. That would be a far greater injustice.
  20. To add to those, Attack on Titan, One Punch Man, Seven Deadly Sins, SAO, and just about every other series has gone with the seasonal model. It's the new standard. The fact Pierott would go this way with Black Clover is truly baffling.
