Oh, good. Hopefully it's not something Toonami related. So we can look forward to more sequels and revivals that no one asked for? So much for Toonami being subversive and ahead of the pack. The creatively bankrupt Hollywood and lowest common denominator TV networks Demarco loves to rail against, he is quickly becoming. That, or we can expect something IGPX-level. And yes, the money being blown on these Howard Hughes ventures could be spent on licensing new shows people have been requesting.

I never thought about that. Though Demarco stated that Netflix will offer double Toonami's bid if they find out Toonami is interested in something, it may not just be a money thing. Netflix doesn't have to wait for a show to get a dub to pick it up. But Toonami can't afford to just sit on shows until they get dubbed or pay for them to get dubbed. Maybe they could air subbed shows late in the block or put them in the video section or stream online, then show the dub in a more prominent timeslot later? Eh, I doubt it. That's pure @OwlChemist81-level speculation.

I'm still confused even after reading that. They weren't specific enough in how they were explaining who everyone was and how they're connected to each other. Good to know that wasn't all just a bunch of nonsense though - trippy for the sake of being trippy.

No one asked for this. I'd rather they just license dubs of already made shows like they usually do, especially if it's going to tax Toonami to this degree that there will be barely anything else new.
