  1. Hey it's a Honda not Toyota <_< I average like 27-30 mpg but only have a 10 gallon tank.
  2. Nah I like staying busy. Plus the bonus levels really don't make that huge of a difference in how much work you're doing. Minimum is 52% which works out to about 20.8 hours a week. I think the 2nd level bonus (which is like $600) is 62% which is only like 4 extra hours a week. It's hard to maintain that average for a whole month but more due to the nature of the job (people cancel, no-show, etc.) rather than it being too much work. On call we just have to talk on the phone (I work with clients with severe mental illness so sometimes they do have crises. Our agency has a dedicated crisis line but my clients are a bit more intense so we have our own dedicated line. For the most part they just want to talk and can be de-escalated verbally but if it is a real emergency we just call an ambulance). Here's more info on what I do exactly for anyone interested <_<
  3. I mean I am putting a shit ton of miles on my car. I get reimbursed way more than I pay in gas but there's still other maintenance stuff to consider. Now there are other bonuses I can get. Starting in late September I'll be on call every 6 weeks or so and that's like an extra $300 I'll get just for being on call, plus overtime for if I get a call outside of business hours. Then we have productivity standards (which refers to what percent of the time we're actually with clients providing billable services). Minimum is 52% but then there are 2 levels of bonus you can hit.
  4. Indeed. Will probably be between 400-500 by the end of the month. I have like $250 coming in soon from July's mileage.
  5. In my field it's super rare to get a company car. I know that case workers for the VA do but I've never heard of any other agency that does that.
  6. Good thing I don't work for Lyft and actually get reimbursed for mileage on top of my hourly wage.
  7. Making that money tho Already up to over $200 for my mileage reimbursement for August
  8. I've had the same number since I got my first phone when I was like 12. Is this really that big of a deal?
  9. SO MUCH FUN I guess part if it is my fault I need to plan my days better so I'm not going from the far west side of town to far east and then back to far west. But sometimes shit just comes up or one client cancels but then another one calls me asking for help with something.
  10. I think it was a reference to the fact that every time Zeni comes back from a ban he makes a thread saying he was gone because he was too busy having sex.
  11. Congrats!
  12. I had to fill up today Also either something is wrong with my car or something was wrong with the gas I put in it yesterday. I got about 31 MPG on the last tank but this one was only about 21. I did a lot more city driving (on shitty East Cleveland streets) but I don't think the difference would be that extreme.
  13. Like 40 cents or something. So not great but still more than enough to make up for the gas.
  14. Drive a lot. Like an obscene amount.
  15. That's why I said more driving means more money
  16. I can't help it I have to for work And no this isn't a job complaint thread since more driving just means more money so it's actually okay.
  17. That's tru also he needs a buddy he gets lonely he can't be the only cat in the house
  18. I can't help it torties as just so pretty
