I do but my new job is 30 minutes away without traffic I'd like to be a bit closer. Also really far distance wise. I'd be driving 50 miles in total every day just to get to and from work.

That goes without saying but sometimes you move in and problems come up later on. That's why I read reviews.

Find an apartment on one site that looks great for a great price. Read some reviews on another site and they all say it's the worst place ever. Every single apartment in my price range seems to have this problem. Of course I know some of the reviews are probably bullshit and just people making a big issue out of minor inconveniences or complaining about things that would never be an issue for me (I WAS ONLY 5 DAYS LATE ON RENT HOW DARE THEY PENALIZE ME. ONE STAR). My current apartment had a bunch of negative reviews too and I've had 0 issues in the 9 months I've been here. But who knows which reviews are legit and which aren't.

I mean it's not really enough to live off of so there's not much to "milk". I do plan on filing for this week even though I know I have the job. Even filed my 2 applications for the week that I have to for unemployment after getting the offer. So I guess that's milking it.

Also while looking for a stock pic of my car I found a site that has a gallery of different car pictures just to show different colors of different models of cars and I'm like 98% sure the example they use for the color/model of my car is literally my car. It's not an actual listing but it's pictures from a dealership and I can see the license plate frame in the pictures with the dealership name, same dealership I got my car from. Same year, color, and all that, about the same price and mileage as my car was when I bought it, can see some new CRVs in the background of one pic that date the photo back to when I would have got my car.
